Included in this assortment are: 25 pieces of velour hats with paper bands, 10 pieces of feathered tiaras, 15 pieces of fringed tiaras, 50 pieces of horns and 25 pieces of party beads. The hats are made of plastic backed velour, have paper bands and are one size fits most. The tiaras are made of board stock paper and are one size fits most. Some of the tiaras have white Feathers attached and some have tissue paper fringe. The horns are made of board stock paper with plastic mouthpieces and measure 9 inches long. The beads are made of plastic and measure 33 inches around. This is a very nice assortment to have at a new Year's Eve party for everyone to wear!.
